What better way to round off 'Address Book' than with the king of collaborations, Zan Hoffman. I have to contributed several of Zan's thousands (literally) of collaborative releases over the years, and we recorded a precious live jam in his basement in Louisville with Aaron Dawson in 2009, later released on cassette under the moniker of Unatoba. 'Bckwrds' was recorded live at Dreamland in Louisville on 9 October 2014, a rare live outing for Zan's Zanoisect project. I sent Zan several cassettes that I either recorded or found for him to use as source material, which he mixed on the night with other materials provided by Japanese artist Kazuhiro Ohtsuka.
